Thank you for your inquiry and congratulations on step one of strengthening your relationship with your body. I can’t wait to speak with you more about your upcoming session. In the meantime, here are some things you can do:
Make a playlist of songs that have the energy you want to tap into during your session (maybe its just nature sounds, or silence works well, too)
Consider what attire (if any) you want to set aside or purchase — some people love to go all out with a new lingerie set, others opt for their partner’s overrides t shirt and bike shorts, a silk slip, or nothing at all — options feel good.
Location is key, if we are going to set your session in your personal home space, give it some love and make sure its feeling reflective of you.
Lighting is also everything, it sets the tone — keep an eye on the light through your bedroom/living room windows, what time of the day is it the softest or most contrasty? Make a note and let me know so we can get the right light for the mood you want to convey.
Hydrate, get great sleep, keep up your positive daily routines but do not put pressure on yourself to change for this photo session, it is meant to capture you as you are and celebrate the fact that it is a natural and eternal changing state.
Here’s to your glorious Body!
